Our Work Across Canada

Nature United is building on a decade-plus of experience to ensure that lands and waters in Canada are managed sustainably through large-scale conservation and innovative management.

Nature United is committed to reimagining conservation across Canada. We work alongside governments, Indigenous communities, environmental organizations and other interest groups to achieve lasting results in ecologically valuable and economically important places such as British Columbia, Northwest Territories, Manitoba and the Pacific Ocean—with the ultimate goal of replicating key components of this work in other geographies across Canada.

Because of our longstanding experience in Canada, Nature United is recognized as a trusted and collaborative organization. One of our greatest strengths is our ability to unite partners to define new pathways towards a sustainable future. Our Indigenous partners lead and design projects, which lets the work be guided by and for communities as they determine how best to meet their goals with our support.

Across the country, Nature United works in partnership with Nations to advance Indigenous-led conservation and implement Natural Climate Solutions. Our vision is a resilient future for Canada’s lands, waters, and wildlife that contribute to community and economic well-being for generations to come.
